Humble Suggestions for drawing up of an Election Manifesto



1. In whatever welfare policies and programmes that may be formulated by the State, treat all the citizens equally, with a view to easily implement the same fully and completely.



2. Ensure uniform, corruption free, development of the country, keeping in mind even the far flung rural areas of country.



3. Appoint or nominate IAS Officers to local Village Panchayats and Town Panchayats where they are existing, for implementing fully the welfare policies and programmes of the Central and State Governments.



4. Economists from cities may, not only harp, on Global Economy but also on Rural Economy. They must advise for building up of an Indian Rural Economy.



5. Corporate World including Central Government Public Sector Undertakings and State Public Sector Undertakings and other large private sector Undertakings must be made accountable and answerable to the interests and needs of the common man also.



6. Implement the various provisions of Article 39 in Part-IV of the Constitution of India, fully and completely, and set right the wrong Economic Policies, so far adopted.



7. Ensure Economic Equality guaranteed under the Indian Constitution amongst all the citizens of India without any discrimination.



8. Ensure equal economic opportunities to people living in far flung border areas of States as in Capitals.



9. Discontinue first class compartments in Trains so as to have a common class.



10. Follow the outcomes of panel discussions on diverse topics, from time to time by eminent personalities, conducted on T. V. Channels, such as, D.D. News, Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha Channels.



11. Check plight of Capital out of the country but provide incentives to accumulate it within the country itself.



12. Check and prevent brain drain out of the country but adequately reward those who would like to come back to return back to India for developing India and Indians.



13. Consider giving some incentives to those who have parked black money abroad to bring it back to India for investing the same in Capital Asset Formation, within the country.



14. Dig out and monetize hidden and idle wealth and black money in the Economy for free circulation within the country.



15. Encourage not, but prevent generation of black money in any of the sectors of the Economy, particularly, in the building construction sector.



16. Keep under control and check, prices of commodities of consumption by ordinary common people.



17. In India, women normally like to decorate themselves with by wearing gold ornaments, particularly, during wedding seasons. Start some Gold Control and ensure distribution of gold or readymade jewelry at discounted price, through the public distribution system, to those ladies who are about to get married.



18. Start affirmative action for compulsorily educating the vast majority of uneducated masses of the country, through country wide class rooms, with the help of available modern communication technologies including imparting of the required basic legal and moral value education.
